Drive motor insurance business growth by recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing team of independent financial advisors and insurance agents across Bengaluru.

Job Responsibilities

- Agent Recruitment - Identify and onboard potential financial advisors, agents, and freelancers

- Relationship Management - Build robust, long-term engagement with agents to minimize attrition

- Motor Business Generation - Drive consistent premium volume through the recruited advisor network

- Team Activation - Train agents on motor insurance products, digital portals, and sales techniques





- Compliance - Ensure all sales practices strictly follow IRDAI guidelines and company policies

Job Requirements

- Experience - 25 years in insurance agency sales (General Insurance/Motor preferred)

- Skills - Strong networking, team building, and relationship management skills

- Education - Graduate or PUC

- CTC Range - 4 LPA to 5 LPA
