- Manage daily production operations to meet customer demands, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels, storage, and distribution of materials within the manufacturing facility.
- Lead a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth logistics operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products on time.
- Implement kaizen initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste in production processes.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in automobile industry with expertise in 3PL (Third Party Logistics), logistics management, manpower management, SAP systems.
- Robust understanding of inventory management principles and practices for optimal stock control.
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage teams effectively towards achieving goals.
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
