Hiring: Finance Manager for Manufacturing Company in Devanahalli, Bangalore (Male candidates preferrable)

Work Details

- Working Days: 6 days/week
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM onwards (8-hour general shift; timings may vary based on business requirements)
- Interview Process: Virtual (2 rounds)

- Cab facility available for female employees

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA is mandatory (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of finance experience, including 3+ years as Finance Manager in an Indian manufacturing company.
- Robust knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, GST, Income Tax, TDS, FEMA, cost accounting, and statutory compliance.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, or Tally ERP9.
- Excellent communication skills in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage all finance, accounting, taxation,



and statutory compliance activities for the Indian subsidiary.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and cost control.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory filings.
- Handle internal and external audits and strengthen internal controls.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Manage treasury, FEMA compliance, FX risk, and profit repatriation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, tax authorities, customs, and government agencies.
- Liaise with China HQ for financial reporting and cross-border tax planning.
- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team.
