This role acts as a Manufacturing Engineering interface between global counterparts and local
teams. The position focuses on process definition, standardization, technical alignment, and
change coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, and
process flow documents
- Support NPI, industrialization, FAI, and rate-readiness activities
- Provide shop floor support to resolve production issues and non-conformances
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards and customer requirements
- Support production planning, capacity, and delivery commitments
- Participate in RCCA, CAPA, audits, and customer reviews
- Interface with customers for technical clarifications and change management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, cost & cycle-time reduction
