We are currently hiring Guidewire Tech Architect

Role & responsibilities

- Design and architect Guidewire PolicyCenter and BillingCenter solutions for P&C; insurance clients
- Lead greenfield implementation projects from inception to deployment
- Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter modules including PCF, Gosu, Business Rules, Transactions/Jobs, and Product Models
- Implement cloud-based integration solutions using Integration Gateway, APP Events, Cloud APIs, and Webservices
- Ensure solutions comply with Guidewire cloud standards and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver high-quality solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams
- Analyze complex business requirements and develop innovative technical solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with strong problem-solving capabilities

Required skills:

- Overall Experience: 10+ years in IT/software development and architecture
- Guidewire PolicyCenter: 7+ years of hands-on experience in PolicyCenter configuration, implementation, and integration
- Guidewire BillingCenter: 7+ years of hands-on experience in BillingCenter configuration and implementation
- Guidewire Rating:



3+ years of experience with Guidewire Rating module
- Guidewire Certification: ACE certified in PolicyCenter for Cloud version(s)
- Greenfield Projects: Minimum one greenfield Guidewire implementation project experience
- Cloud Standards: Strong expertise in Guidewire cloud standards and implementation methodologies
- PolicyCenter Configuration: Expert-level knowledge of PCF, Gosu, Business Rules, Transactions/Jobs, Product Model Configuration, Wizards, Workflows, and Activities
- Cloud Integration: Proficiency with Integration Gateway, APP Events, Cloud APIs, Messaging, Webservices, Batch processes, and Plugins
- Java Expertise: Positive understanding of Java and Java-based integrations
- Agile Methodology: Proven experience working in Agile project environments
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to reverse engineer and ideate solutions
- Communication: Strong communication skills with professional finesse
- Self-Management: Strong initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
