Role Summary:

We are hiring Quality Professionals to perform precision inspection, quality assurance, and process control activities in modern manufacturing units. The role involves implementing quality systems, conducting CMM measurements, and ensuring compliance with customer and ISO/IATF standards.

Location: Singapore / Malaysia

Experience: 2 - 6 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical / Electrical /

Industrial / Production Engineering)

Industry: Automotive / Precision / Engineering Components

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections using precision measuring tools.

Operate and program CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for dimensional inspection.

Verify and interpret 2D drawings, GD&T; symbols, and product tolerances.

Maintain quality inspection reports, calibration records, and traceability logs.

Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

Support customer audits, ISO/IATF internal audits, and documentation reviews.

Ensure adherence to quality systems, work instructions, and process standards.

Collaborate with production and maintenance teams for process improvements and defect reduction.





Technical Expertise (Preferred):

CMM Software: PC-DMIS / ZEISS CALYPSO / Mitutoyo MCOSMOS

Measuring Instruments: Vernier, Micrometer, Bore Gauge, Dial Indicator, Height Gauge, Profile Projector

Quality Tools: 8D, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA, SPC

Knowledge of Quality Systems: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements

Candidate Profile:

2 to 6 years of hands-on experience in quality inspection or metrology department.

Experience in automotive, aerospace, or precision component manufacturing preferred.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiar with computer-based quality data management

Good communication and teamwork skills; capable of handling customer interactions.

Salary Range: 6.5 to 9.0 Lakhs per annum
