We are seeking a versatile Technical Writer to own our end-to-end user enablement strategy. You will bridge the gap between traditional documentation, interactive in-app guidance (DAP), and multimedia video content. The ideal candidate loves breaking down complex software features into highly engaging user resources.

Core Responsibilities

- Technical Writing: Create and update online help systems, software Release Notes, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides.
- Digital Adoption (DAP): Design and build interactive, in-app DAP tours and step-by-step walkthroughs to improve user onboarding.
- Video Production: Script, record, and edit "Whats Recent" feature videos and instructional guides.
- Localization & Integration:



Leverage AI translation tools for content localization and manage writing tasks within engineering workflows.

Key Requirements

- Help Authoring: Proficiency in MadCap Flare or Adobe RoboHelp.
- DAP Tools: Experience creating interactive guides using Whatfix or WalkMe.
- Video Editing: Hands-on experience with Camtasia for screen recordings and video production.
- Dev Ecosystem: Working knowledge of GitHub (version control) and Azure DevOps (ADO) for agile task tracking.
- Modern Workflows: Familiarity with integrating AI translation tools into the documentation pipeline.Role & responsibilities
