We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Tech Lead to join our team at BOT VFX (India) Private Limited. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pipeline development and be able to lead the team in designing, developing, and implementing new technologies.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design and develop scalable and efficient pipelines for data processing and visualization.
- Lead a team of developers and engineers in building and deploying new features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for existing systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to pipeline development.




- Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices and coding standards.

Job Requirements

- Solid understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Knowledge of database management systems and data modeling techniques.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
