Role & responsibilities

- Support the sales team in managing key B2B customer accounts.
- Assist the sales team with quotations, proposals, and order processing.
- Follow up with prospects and customers on behalf of the sales team
- Handle customer enquiries via email
- Prepare and share quotations based on requirements
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, shipping documents, and customer requirements.
- Support the sales team in closing enquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Support sales activities to help achieve revenue targets.
• Process sales orders accurately and maintain complete order documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and MIS reports.
• Support customer communication regarding order status, documentation, and shipment updates.
• Maintain and update CRM records related to leads, opportunities, and customers.





Preferred candidate profile

- 25 years of experience in sales support, customer service, order management, or commercial operations.
• Experience working with international customers or export businesses is preferred.
• Background in fashion, beauty, luxury, retail, trading, or supply chain industries is an advantage.
• Graduate degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and business documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a quick-paced environment.
• Candidates based in Chennai or willing to relocate will be preferred.
