Are you an analytical thinker who loves connecting the dots between numbers and business strategy? We are looking for a driven Junior FP&A; Analyst to join our Business Finance team.
In this role, you wont just crush spreadsheetsyou will actively help translate raw financial data into strategic insights that fuel our companys growth. As a key support to our senior finance leaders, you will own data aggregation, track core KPIs, and help build dynamic forecasting models. Key Responsibilities

- Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist the finance team in compiling annual operating plans (AOP), rolling monthly forecasts, and departmental budgets.

- Variance Analysis: Help identify and analyze variations between actual financial performance, budgeted expectations, and historical data to flag trends.

- Management Reporting (MIS): Support the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc financial reporting packages and dashboards for senior leadership.

- Financial Modeling: Maintain and run basic data updates on existing financial models (such as revenue tracking, cost-benefit analyses,



and cash flow projections).

- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to automate repetitive manual reporting tasks using advanced Excel features or reporting software.

Requirements & QualificationsEducation & Experience

- Education: Recent MBA Finance (2026 Batch) graduates OR Fresher Chartered Accountants (CAs) are highly preferred.

- Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience. (Prior internship experience in corporate finance, audit, or investment banking is a major plus).

Technical Skills

- Advanced MS Excel skills are non-negotiable: Must be highly proficient in SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, basic macros, and data visualization.

- Strong understanding of financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and basic corporate finance concepts.

- Exposure to tools like Power BI, Tableau, or ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Soft Skills

- Strong numerical mindset with a sharp eye for detail.

- Good verbal and written communication skills to articulate the "story behind the numbers."

- A proactive learner who adapts quickly to a fast-paced environment.
