Job Description

Premam Silks is looking for an experienced and creative E-Commerce professional to manage and enhance our online business operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations with strong expertise in website management and website designing.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring optimal functionality, performance, and user experience.
- Design and update website layouts, banners, landing pages, and promotional creatives in line with brand guidelines.
- Manage product listings, catalog updates, pricing, and inventory across the website and online marketplaces.
- Handle and optimize marketplace operations on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, etc.
- Coordinate with developers and external agencies for website enhancements, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor website traffic, sales performance, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities.




- Ensure timely processing of online orders and coordinate with logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, festive promotions, and product launches.
- Generate and analyze reports on sales, customer behavior, website performance, and inventory status.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to drive online business growth.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-Commerce operations.
- Proven experience in website management and website designing is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, UI/UX principles, and SEO will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in the retail, textile, fashion, or apparel industry is preferred.
