Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage branch operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
- Accountable for both individual performance targets and team-oriented business objectives.

- Develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue growth through Outbound Tours, MICE events, Holiday Packages, Group Tours (GIT), Customised Packages (FIT), Destination Management, Hospitality sales, tourism management, B2C sales, and itinerary planning.

- Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences for leisure travel arrangements.

- Oversee the development of recent products and services to stay ahead of industry trends.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of professionalism.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in the tourism industry or related field (outbound tours).

- MBA/PGDM degree from a recognized institution (any specialization, Not Mandatory).

- Proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving business targets.

- Solid knowledge of tourism management principles, practices, and regulations.
