- Perform in-process inspection as per Control Plan and SOPs.
- Conduct first-off, patrol, and final inspections.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and Dial Gauge.
- Identify and report quality defects and non-conforming products.
- Support PPAP, APQP, and 8D activities.
- Analyze customer complaints and quality reports; assist in RCA and CAPA implementation.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, quality standards, and 5S practices.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of quality inspection and engineering drawings.
- Basic understanding of PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D.
- Familiarity with measuring instruments.
- Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
