Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced JIVS Developer with expertise in Data Migration, ETL Development, and Data Archiving to support Oracle ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with JIVS (preferred) or similar ETL/data migration tools, along with strong Oracle ERP knowledge. You will be responsible for extracting, transforming, validating, migrating, and archiving enterprise data while ensuring data quality, compliance, and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement ETL workflows for Oracle ERP data migration.
- Perform data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading from legacy ERP systems.
- Work with JIVS or equivalent ETL/data migration tools such as Informatica, Talend, or SAP Data Services.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to define data mapping and migration strategies.
- Execute data reconciliation and quality checks to ensure accurate migration.
- Develop secure data archiving solutions for legacy applications while meeting compliance and audit requirements.
- Troubleshoot and optimize ETL processes for performance and scalability.
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-migration validation activities.




- Maintain documentation including data mapping, ETL workflows, data lineage, and migration reports.

Required Skills

- 46 years of experience in ETL Development, Data Migration, or Data Archiving.
- Hands-on experience with JIVS (preferred) or equivalent ETL tools.
- Solid knowledge of Oracle ERP data structures.
- Excellent SQL and PL/SQL programming skills.
- Experience handling large enterprise datasets.
- Understanding of data governance, security, compliance, and audit requirements.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience migrating data from SAP, JD Edwards, Microsoft Axapta, or other legacy ERP systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle ERP migration technologies such as FBDI, ADFDI, and REST APIs.
- Experience with application decommissioning and enterprise data archiving.
- Oracle, Informatica, or ETL-related certifications are an added advantage.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
