Job description - MEP

Key Responsibilities:

1. MEP Project Management

- Plan, schedule, and manage all MEP-related tasks (design, installations, inspections, commissioning) to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Oversee coordination with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate MEP systems seamlessly.

2. Tender Management

- Manage the entire tendering process, including preparation of bid documents, issuance of tenders, and evaluation of proposals.

3. Cost Control & Budgeting

- Develop and manage project budgets related to MEP scope and tenders.
- Track expenditures, forecasts, and variances to ensure adherence to approved financial targets.

4. Risk Management

- Identify potential risks associated with MEP works and tender processes; propose mitigation measures.

5. Team Leadership & Development

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a cross-functional team of engineers, supervisors,



and support staff.

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management

- Establish relationships with reputable suppliers, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality and cost-effective services.

7. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain comprehensive records of project timelines, cost tracking, design changes, and tender documentation.
