Responsibilities:

* Manage all factory operations and production activities.

* Lead production, quality, warehouse, and maintenance teams.

* Plan and monitor production schedules.

* Improve productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

* Supervise stainless steel fabrication, sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, CNC press brake, welding, assembly, and powder coating.

* Ensure product quality and on-time delivery.

* Develop production processes and implement continuous improvement.

* Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and sales departments.

Requirements:

* Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience.

* Minimum 5 years as Factory Manager or Production Manager.

* Mandatory experience in Commercial Kitchen Equipment Manufacturing.

* Experience in Public Facilities Products Manufacturing is highly preferred.

* Robust leadership and factory management skills.

* Ability to read engineering drawings.

* Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
