Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee construction projects on site, ensuring timely completion within budget and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Manage labor resources effectively by planning schedules, allocating tasks, and addressing employee concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-4 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (construction management).
- Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.).
- Solid knowledge of civil site engineering principles including building codes, zoning regulations, etc.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Male Candidates Preferred.
- Language Proficiency: English, Malayalam & Hindi
