Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to oversee the execution of construction and infrastructure projects across Kerala and Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising site activities, ensuring quality, managing resources, and delivering projects within the defined timeline and budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor project activities from commencement to completion.
- Supervise day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors for smooth project execution.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and work plans.
- Ensure quality control by conducting regular inspections and maintaining compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor material requirements, procurement schedules, and inventory at the project site.
- Verify contractor and subcontractor work and certify completed work for billing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, statutory requirements, and company policies.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Resolve technical issues arising during project execution.
- Coordinate with the design, procurement, and planning teams for timely project delivery.
- Monitor project costs and assist in budget control.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports for management and clients.
- Participate in client meetings and provide project status updates.
- Ensure proper documentation, site records, and project correspondence are maintained.




- Support project handover, snag closure, and final documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant engineering discipline.
- Additional certifications in Project Management or Construction Management will be an advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, EPC, or telecom projects.
- Proven experience in handling multiple project activities independently.
- Experience working on sites in Kerala and Tamil Nadu is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and relocate across project locations.
