Role & responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of Java-based microservices to facilitate Clients complex financial data integration.

- Modernize and enhance user interfaces for the Finance, Accounting & Tax systems to support recent bank-specific data attributes and validations.
- Design and implement serverless logic using GCP Cloud Run and Cloud Functions for data processing and event-driven architectures.

Preferred candidate profile:

Hands-on experience in Java Development with a focus on cloud-native architectures. Must have proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying microservices on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically utilizing Cloud Run and Cloud Functions

Java Stack: Java 21/17, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate.

- Frontend: Angular or React.js, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and App Engine.
- Database/Storage: Google Big Query, Microsoft SQL Server, and Cloud Storage.
- API/Integration: RESTful API design, Microservices architecture, and OAuth2/IAM security.
- DevOps: GitHub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker/Containerization.
