We are looking for a passionate AI Developer Enablement Engineer to drive GitHub Copilot adoption across engineering teams. In this role, you will help developers maximize the value of AI-assisted software development by coaching teams, promoting best practices, and enabling seamless adoption of GitHub Copilot and other AI-powered developer tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Coach and mentor engineering teams on effective usage of GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools.
- Guide developers in leveraging AI for code generation, code optimization, documentation, debugging, code reviews, and unit test creation.
- Understand development workflows and recommend AI-native engineering best practices.
- Drive onboarding, adoption, and continuous enablement activities across customer teams.
- Conduct technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, live demos, and hands-on training.
- Track adoption metrics, collect user feedback, and recommend continuous improvements.
- Prepare user guides, best practice documentation, FAQs, and process documentation.
- Collaborate with Agile teams, product owners, and support teams to resolve adoption challenges.
- Participate in client meetings, adoption reviews, and stakeholder discussions to ensure successful AI transformation.

Required Skills

- Strong software development experience with Java, Python,



or modern application development.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot or AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, or Gemini Code Assist.
- Good understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, coding standards, and developer workflows.
- Excellent communication, coaching, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams and customer-facing environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Java, Python, Angular, or React.
- Knowledge of GitHub, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
- Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and AI developer productivity tools.
- Experience driving platform adoption, developer enablement, technical training, or engineering transformation initiatives.
