Role & Responsibilities

* Review and analyze fraud and dispute cases.

* Investigate suspicious transactions using internal systems.

* Verify customer and transaction details as per company guidelines.

* Identify potential fraudulent activities and escalate cases when required.

* Maintain accurate records and case documentation.

* Ensure compliance with banking policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.

* Coordinate with internal teams for timely case resolution.

* Freshers are welcome to apply.

* 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026 pass-outs are eligible.

* Any Graduate.

* Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

* Basic computer knowledge and MS Office proficiency.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Valuable attention to detail and accuracy.

* Willing to work in rotational shifts.

* Willing to relocate to Kochi.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
