Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer with strong expertise in Ansible Automation to design, develop, and maintain infrastructure automation solutions. The candidate will work closely with DevOps, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to automate provisioning, configuration management, deployment, and operational tasks across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Ansible playbooks, roles, collections, and automation workflows.

Automate server provisioning, application deployment, patching, configuration management, and compliance activities.

Build Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions for on-premises and cloud environments.

Integrate Ansible with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.

Develop reusable automation frameworks and best practices.

Troubleshoot automation failures and optimize execution performance.

Work closely with infrastructure, cloud,



and security teams to implement scalable automation solutions.

Maintain source control repositories using Git.

Create technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.

Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.

Ensure automation solutions comply with security and governance standards.
