Key Responsibilities
- Attend walk-in customers and understand their requirements.
- Generate sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Prepare quotations and process customer orders.
- Coordinate with the warehouse for material availability and dispatch.
- Maintain product knowledge and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle customer queries and provide after-sales support.
- Maintain customer records and daily sales reports.
- Ensure proper display and organization of products in the showroom.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 13 years of experience in retail sales,
industrial products, or customer service preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
