Roles & Responsibilities

- Own and preserve the design intent throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of new product development projects.
- Conduct user research, identify customer pain points, and translate insights into innovative product concepts.
- Apply design thinking principles to develop user-centric and market-driven solutions.
- Generate product concepts, styling ideas, and design solutions aligned with customer needs and business goals.
- Develop and evaluate models and prototypes to validate product functionality, usability, and user experience.
- Define product form, styling, aesthetics, ergonomics, fit, function, and techno-aesthetic details.
- Support engineering teams during product development while ensuring the original design intent is maintained.
- Conduct design research, concept validation, and usability studies to improve product performance.
- Stay updated on design trends,



emerging technologies, materials, colors, and finishes (CMFG), and incorporate them into product development.
- Develop product graphics, visual elements, and styling concepts aligned with market trends.
- Contribute to the innovation pipeline by identifying future product opportunities and concepts.
- Prepare and deliver design presentations, concept reviews, and project updates to internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with design, engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
- Support the enhancement of design infrastructure, prototype development, and sample/component libraries.
- Ensure compliance with the company's Recent Product Development (NPD) process and quality standards.
