Job Description:
- Handle collections for unsecured loan portfolio.
- Follow up with customers for overdue payments through field visits and calls.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Negotiate repayment plans and resolve delinquent accounts.
- Maintain portfolio quality while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and account updates.
Requirements:
- Experience in unsecured loan collections (Personal Loan, Credit Card, Consumer Loan, etc.).
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for field collections.
- Graduation preferred.
