- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain SAP SuccessFactors solutions for clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) architecture and implementation.
- Troubleshoot issues related to cloud-based integrations using various tools such as SFTP.
Job Requirements :
- 3-9 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry.
- Robust knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors modules including Recruitment Management, Employee Central, Time Management etc. .
- Experience in designing and developing complex workflows using SAP Workflow Manager or similar tools.
- Proficiency in implementing CPI architectures using various technologies like REST APIs, SOAP web services etc.
