Position Summary:

As an experienced Senior Associate at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines.

Work you'll do

As an Operations Senior Associate on the revenue cycle management team, you will be responsible for:

- Drive client and project stakeholder communications, including project reporting and status updates.
- Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, root causes, denials, underpayments, and process inefficiencies.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs), and prepare regular performance reports highlighting improvements and ongoing challenges.
- Provide training and day-to-day support to team members on revenue cycle processes and best practices, including review of junior team members’ work.
- Serve as the first level of escalation for process issues, liaise with clients on queries and second-level escalations, and support transition activities and governance forums.

Location: Hyderabad/Chennai

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM, 2 PM to 11 PM, or 6 PM to 3 AM IST, based on business requirements

Qualifications

Required:

- 6-8 years of experience on revenue cycle management projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Commerce, Science, or equivalent from an accredited university
- Experience in one or more revenue cycle management functions, including patient registration, charge capture, coding, billing, claims submission, denial management, payment posting, or collections
- Experience using revenue cycle management software and data analysis tools
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting

Preferred:

- Certification such as Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist or Certified Skilled Coder
- Experience preparing and presenting revenue cycle performance reports to clients or project stakeholders
- Experience training team members on revenue cycle processes and best practices
