Job Description:
We are looking for data-driven, and highly proactive Influencer Marketing Manager who understands that influencer marketing is not just about follower count it is about strategic fit, audience relevance, content quality, and measurable business impact.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in identifying the right creators based on campaign objectives, audience alignment, engagement quality, and content relevance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard influencers/content creators based on brand fit, audience quality, campaign objectives, and performance metrics.
- Analyze creator content, engagement trends, audience behavior, and platform analytics before recommendations.
- Build strong rationale and strategic thinking behind every influencer selection.




- Drive end-to-end influencer campaigns from discovery and outreach to execution, tracking, and reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns deliver both visibility and business outcomes.
- Track campaign performance using data, insights, and ROI metrics.

What We Are Looking For:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing or creator-led campaigns.
- Solid understanding of social media analytics, engagement metrics, audience insights, and content evaluation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and execution skills.
- Highly ownership-driven and proactive personality.
