We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic IT Process Automation (ITPA) Developer to join our client KLA.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer (Workflow Studio), robust technical expertise in Active Directory, PowerShell scripting, and RESTful API integrations.

You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing automated workflows that streamline IT processes, enhance system efficiency, and support business automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer.

- Create and manage custom API integrations with external systems using RESTful services.

- Automate and manage IT operations tasks involving Active Directory and PowerShell scripts.

- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify process automation opportunities.

- Maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance existing workflow automations for reliability and scalability.

- Handle multiple workflow developments simultaneously while maintaining quality and timelines.

- Document workflow processes, technical designs, and best practices.





Mandatory Skills Qualifications

1. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2. Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer (Workflow Studio).

3. Strong working knowledge of Active Directory and PowerShell scripting.

4. Good understanding of RESTful APIs and custom API integrations.

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

6. Ability to handle multiple workflow developments concurrently.

Additional Skills (Good to Have)

1. Experience in Windows Server administration (2019 / 2022 / 2025).

2. Scripting or programming experience in VB.NET / C# / Python.

3. Knowledge of enterprise applications such as O365, MS SQL, IIS, SCCM.

4. Familiarity with ITIL processes or ServiceNow Administration.
