Summary We are seeking a motivated ERP Functional Consultant with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our Support / Implementation team. This role serves as a vital link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that ERP solutions are configured to meet operational requirements while leveraging contemporary cloud environments. Key Responsibilities Functional & Consulting
Requirement Gathering: Interface with business users to document current (AS-IS) and future-state (TO-BE) workflows within the ERP ecosystem.
System Configuration: Execute functional setups and configurations within ERP modules based on validated business requirements.
Gap Analysis:
Identify discrepancies between standard ERP functionality and business needs, recommending solutions that prioritize standard features over heavy customization.
Testing & Quality Assurance: Create and perform Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system behavior.
Documentation: Maintain essential project artifacts, including functional design specifications and configuration workbooks. Technical & Cloud Integration
Database Operations (SQL): Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract data, troubleshoot application errors, and validate backend configurations.
Logic Development: Utilize Stored Procedures and basic PL/SQL logic to support data transformations, custom validations, and interface development.
