- Schedule interviews, prepare interview schedules, and send reminders to candidates.
- Source profiles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc. to fill open positions.
- Negotiate salaries with selected candidates during the offer stage.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or IT staffing industry.
- Solid understanding of sourcing profiles for technical roles (IT).
- Excellent interview coordination skills with ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficiency in salary negotiation techniques.
