Key Responsibilities

• Installation, commissioning, and servicing of track-mounted machines.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance at site locations.
- Provide technical support and training to clients/operators.
- Ensure timely reporting of service activities and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts and technical support. • Maintain high standards of safety and compliance at work sites.
- Coordinate field service activities, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team members.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• In-depth knowledge of crusher equipment, including operation, maintenance, and repair.

• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software related to crusher equipment.

• Knowledge of heavy equipment or track-mounted machinery.

• Basic understanding of hydraulics and electrical systems.

• Willingness to travel frequently and work in various field environments. • Robust organizational and time-management skills.
