As a SAP-FICO Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for SAP finance applications, analyzing client requirements, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize financial processes, improve financial reporting, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain qualified standards. You will focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. You will proactively assist the team in various aspects of the project, prepare deliverables, and contribute to the development of your own and the teams technical acumen. You will also keep up to date with local and national business and economic issues, validate compliance matters, and work on developing internal relationships and your PwC brand.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement SAP finance solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of SAP finance applications




- Collaborating with clients to optimize financial processes and improve financial reporting
- Configuring and solutioning SAP FI and CO modules, including General Ledger, Taxation, and Asset Accounting
- Managing integration of peripheral tools such as Trintech, RAR, and CFIN with SAP FI/CO
- Leading end-to-end SAP implementation projects, including S/4 Hana
- Developing and maintaining internal relationships to enhance the PwC brand
- Monitoring and analyzing financial trends to inform strategic decision-making
- Validating compliance with regulatory standards and financial reporting requirements
- Mentoring junior team members to develop their technical skills and acumen
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex business issues and deliver client solutions
- Building meaningful client connections to anticipate and address their needs

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications aligned to finance, accounting, and financial controls within SAP S/4HANA environments
- Demonstrating proficiency in SAP FI-CO module configuration and solutioning
- Possessing experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC 6.0 implementations
- Utilizing knowledge of peripheral tools like Trintech and Ariba
