- Understand the scheme and should be productive in further proceeding with working drawing
- Architectural knowledge
- Knowledge of 2D and 3D drawings and design.
- Preparation of approval drawing based on approved scheme.
- Knowledge of MEP, plumbing, structural, electrical and firefighting drawings.
- Site execution work knowledge.
- Pre-DCR Knowledge
- Do documentation and filing system etc.,
