- Handle end-to-end bulk and blue-collar hiring.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and local channels.
- Conduct screening, interview coordination, and offer rollout.
- Coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Preferred candidate profile
- 1-3 years of experience in bulk/blue-collar hiring. .
- Regional language is mandatory (Tamil/Kannada/Telugu).
- Positive communication skills and proficiency in MS Excel & job portals
