We're hiring : Tekla Modeler / Tekla Detailer

1. Senior Tekla Modeler :

Experience: 4 to 8+ Years

Role Type: Structural & Miscellaneous Steel

Role Summary :

The Senior Tekla Modeler independently delivers complex steel models and owns modeling quality, constructability, and coordination across fabrication, erection, and logistics requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead modeling activities from drawing study through IFA/IFC deliverables
- Generate pre-modelling and post-modelling RFIs
- Model complex structural and miscellaneous steel systems
- Ensure models meet fabrication, erection, and shipping requirements
- Configure project-specific connections, numbering, and drawing extraction
- Track submitted areas, revisions, and numbering status
- Coordinate closely with Team Leads and Checkers
- Support task planning and effort estimation

Required Skills & Experience

- 4 to 8+ years of hands-on Tekla modeling experience
- Minimum 2 year of Experience on Australian steel detailing projects
- Solid expertise in complex steel modeling and connections
- Excellent understanding of steel fabrication and erection workflows
- High ownership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability




- Ability to mentor junior modelers

2. Senior Tekla Detailer

Experience: 46+ Years

Role Type: Structural & Miscellaneous Steel Detailing

Location: Chennai

Role Summary

The Senior Tekla Detailer owns end-to-end detailing deliverables, ensuring drawings are accurate, constructible, and submission-ready.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and finalize complex assembly, single-part, and erection drawings
- Ensure drawing accuracy, constructability, and clarity
- Resolve detailing RFIs in coordination with modelers and checkers
- Prepare complete fabrication and erection packages
- Generate NC, DXF, BOMs, and submission reports
- Guide junior detailers and enforce drawing standards

Required Skills & Experience

- 4 to 8+ years of Tekla detailing experience
- Experience on Australian steel detailing projects
- Strong exposure to complex structural and miscellaneous steel projects
- Excellent quality ownership and delivery discipline
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines
