- 10+ years of experience in risk, compliance, or cybersecurity consulting
- Experience delivering multiple end-to-end ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementations
- Experience leading GRC transformation programs, including assessments, roadmap development, operating model design, and change management
- Experience architecting ServiceNow IRM, TPRM, BCM, or SecOps solutions aligned to risk or compliance frameworks
- Experience leading proposals, RFP responses, solution development, and client presentations
- Experience leading teams in a matrixed or global delivery setting
- Bachelor's degree

Preferred:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA)
- ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Certified Master Architect (CMA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in one or more GRC modules, including Risk and Compliance, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), or BCM
- CISSP, Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or equivalent certification
- Experience with Archer, MetricStream, or other GRC platforms
- Experience integrating artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), or analytics into risk and compliance programs
