Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT (PC, Mobile) asset lifecycle including procurement, asset tagging, deployment, maintenance, refresh cycles, returns, and secure disposal.
- Oversee and coordinate activities related to Lost/Stolen requests globally (process requests from local IT/clients, execute chargeback of residual value, remind submitters to submit disposal worklists, monitor and follow up till closure of worklist completion by other teams)
- Process RMA Asset replacement, update asset records and coordinate current tag printing and delivery as needed
- Produce data for PCs billing adjustment monthly, incorporate data on lost/stolen, damage disposal, reposting, credits and other billing items which cannot be processed by SAP automatically
- Manage Software Asset Management (SAM) operations which include license allocation to users through Service Now tasks, troubleshoot license activation issues.
- Manage software licenses and work internally with team if need to purchase additional licenses
- Prepare weekly/month/quarterly report for license usage
- Work with other teams to package the software and for deployment
- Need to have experience in handling Adobe, Microsoft license
