JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Layout and Drawing Development: Create accurate master floor plans, land subdivisions, and site plotting layouts using AutoCAD.
- Compliance Checks: Ensure all designs align with local planning norms, building bylaws, and development control regulations.
- Design Updates: Revise existing blueprints promptly to integrate structural changes or client feedback during project cycles.
- Team Coordination: Work alongside project managers, site engineers, and architects to resolve design discrepancies before site execution.
