We are looking for an experienced Team Lead - HRBP to join our HR team.
Experience: 6-8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to drive HR initiatives.
- Lead a team of HR Business Partners.
- Manage employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational development.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure HR policy compliance and handle employee grievance resolution.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D;, Payroll, and other HR functions.
Required Skills:
- Robust HR Business Partner experience.
- Team handling and stakeholder management.
- Employee relations and performance management.
- Talent management and succession planning.
- HR analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
