- Responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of utility systems such as HVAC, chillers, compressors, boilers, DG sets, and water treatment plants.
- Ensure maximum equipment uptime through preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
- Monitor utility performance, energy consumption, and implement efficiency improvement initiatives.
- Maintain safety, statutory compliance, and adherence to maintenance procedures and standards.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams while maintaining maintenance records and reports.
