Position: Assistant Professor/Associate Professor /Professor Department: Computer Science Engineering

Location: Alpha College of Engineering, Thirumazhisai

Job Overview: Alpha Group of Institutions invites applications for the position of Assistant Professor/Assistant Professor in the Computer Science Engineering department. Responsibilities:
Teaching:

- Develop and deliver high-quality lectures, labs, and tutorials in Computer Science Engineering courses at the undergraduate and post graduate levels.
- Implement innovative teaching methods and leverage technology to enhance the learning experience.

Curriculum Development:

- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the Computer Science Engineering curriculum, ensuring alignment with industry trends and academic standards.
- Design new courses or update existing ones to reflect advancements in the field.

Research:

- Conduct and publish impactful research in reputable journals and conferences within the field of Computer Science Engineering.
- Collaborate with colleagues and students on research projects, seeking external funding when applicable.

Student Mentorship:

- Advise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students on academic and career-related matters.
- Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations.





Professional Development:

- Stay current with advancements in Computer Science Engineering through continuous learning, attending conferences, and engaging in professional development activities.
- Contribute to the scholarly community through participation in academic conferences and other professional forums.

Community Engagement:

- Actively participate in departmental and university committees.
- Establish connections with industry partners and engage in collaborative projects.

Assessment and Evaluation:

- Design and implement effective assessment strategies to evaluate student learning outcomes.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and contribute to programmatic accreditation efforts.

Qualifications:

- M.Tech/Ph.D. in Computer Science Engineering or a closely related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in one or more areas of Computer Science Engineering.
- Robust record of or potential for scholarly research and publications.
- Teaching experience at the undergraduate and/or post graduate level.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
