Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Data Engineer with 1–3 years of experience in building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with PySpark and AWS services, along with a strong understanding of ETL processes, big data technologies, and cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT data pipelines using PySpark.
- Process and transform large datasets efficiently for analytics and reporting.
- Develop and optimize data workflows on AWS cloud services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across data platforms.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize existing data pipelines.
- Participate in performance tuning and automation of data engineering processes.




- Maintain technical documentation for data solutions and workflows.

Required Skills

- 1–3 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- Strong hands-on experience in PySpark.
- Good knowledge of AWS services such as S3, Glue, EMR, Lambda, Redshift, or related services.
- Experience in ETL development and data pipeline implementation.
- Valuable understanding of SQL and database concepts.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and big data ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with workflow orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow.
- Knowledge of Python programming.
- Exposure to Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of data modeling and cloud data architecture.
