Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating AI-driven solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and cloud-based AI services. This role involves building Proofs of Concept (PoCs), developing intelligent automation workflows, and integrating AI capabilities with enterprise applications to solve real-world business challenges.

Skill / Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Strong proficiency in Python programming.
- Experience working with REST APIs and enterprise application integrations.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration projects.
- Strong knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- Experience with Prompt Engineering techniques.
- Hands-on experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms, including:- Azure OpenAI Services, OpenAI APIs, AWS AI Services.
- Experience with vector databases and semantic search implementations.
- Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments.




- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for AI applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Job Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered applications and intelligent automation solutions.
- Build and validate Proofs of Concept (PoCs) using contemporary AI and Machine Learning technologies.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with enterprise applications through REST APIs and other integration methods.
- Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies to improve AI model performance and response quality.
- Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for enterprise knowledge retrieval.
- Work with cloud AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS AI Services, or OpenAI APIs.
- Develop scalable Python-based backend services and AI integrations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain AI solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
- Stay current with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
