Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nexthink Engineer to join our Digital Employee Experience (DEX) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving end-user experience using the Nexthink platform. This role involves troubleshooting performance issues, building dashboards, automation, and collaborating with cross-functional IT teams to enhance system performance and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and analyze end-user device performance, applications, and network experiences using Nexthink.
- Develop, customize, and maintain Nexthink dashboards, alerts, campaigns, and remote actions.
- Identify and troubleshoot user and system performance issues across endpoints.
- Perform proactive analysis to detect anomalies and prevent incidents.
- Create automation scripts for Nexthink Remote Actions.
- Collaborate with EUC, Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Application teams for issue remediation.
- Design and implement Nexthink proactive use cases.
- Support digital experience initiatives and continuous improvement programs.




- Provide insights and manage dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
- Participate in Nexthink upgrades, integration, and platform maintenance.
- Document processes, solutions, and knowledge base articles.

Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Strong experience with Nexthink platform (Infinity and Amplify)
- Hands-on experience with additional Nexthink modules (e.g., Workflows, Collaboration, etc.) is an added advantage
- Hands-on experience in NQL (Nexthink Query Language)
- Experience with Remote Actions scripting (PowerShell preferred)
- Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11) and endpoint management
- Understanding of network fundamentals (DNS, VPN, latency, bandwidth issues)
- Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
- Familiarity with EUC tools like SCCM, Intune, etc.

Functional Skills

- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights
- Experience in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) / EUC environments
- Strong communication skills
