Job Role -Process Specialists

job Description:

Transactional execution (8090% structured + semi-structured work)

- Perform schedule intake processing and title setup & changes (UPC, pricing, BIPAD)
- Execute print order intake and data entry across systems (MRN, OneSource, etc.)
- Process PO master forms, allocation inputs, and system updates
- Support Product Alert Notices (PAN), retailer authorization forms, and work orders
- Perform data validation and reconciliation (basic level)
- Handle transaction-level updates across multiple tools (MagCore, IMS, etc.)
- Support publisher performance insights and reporting inputs





Experience and Qualification:

- Any degree or equivalent business experience is preferred
- 2+ Years of experience ideally in a Media or related Industry
- Basic understanding of order-to-cash / supply chain workflows
- Working knowledge of Excel , Word & PPT
- Experience in multi-system operations & exception-heavy environments
- Stakeholder handling (internal + external coordination)
- Ability to handle repetitive, high-volume work with accuracy.
- Knowledge in Order management, Order Processing, Order fulfillment & Logistic
