- Positive experence in Handling inspection persons in shifts
- Good experence in First off apprval during process
- Day today issues anlysis and initiate the actions
- Good knowledge in process audit
- Good knowledge in product audit
- Good experence in measurement skills like CMM, Contour, Roughness tester etc
- Compile the quality issues and actions to followup the with CFT team.
- Good experence in Quality setup approval & analysis the issues and trigger the actions.
- Good experience preparation of Quality MIS and reporting system
- Good knowledge of 4M Change control & deviation request for In-House.
- Knowledge in Formats & records control (IATF).
- Control of Non-conforming product in shopfloor
- Good knowledge in 7QC Tools & Monitoring of Cpk and Ppk Study




- Knowledge Daily COPQ monitoring and CAPA report

Customer Support activites

- Required excellent presentation skill.
- Good experience in handling of HMI customer (Meeting the Quality system & Document requiremetns)
- Good experience in access of WATTS portal for HMI
- Good experence in perpare 8D & update the corrective actions for complaints.
- GOOD expernce in prepare the ISIR & 4M change dosuments specific to HMI.
- Coordination of Customer Process Audit for New project, EO & 4M Change
- Preparation of ISIR Documents including AOI for New project, EO & 4M Change
