Position Overview:

We are looking for an energetic, passionate and highly capable Leadership Trainer who can inspire professionals, facilitate transformational learning experiences and contribute to building future leaders across organizations.

This role extends beyond classroom delivery. The ideal candidate will design impactful learning experiences, facilitate leadership workshops, coach professionals, engage with corporate clients and contribute to developing world-class leadership content.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to CXOs, entrepreneurs, business owners and leadership teams from leading organizations.

Preferred Experience:

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree (Mandatory)
- MBA / Master's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, Organizational Behaviour, Learning & Development or related disciplines (Preferred)
- Professional certifications in Training, Coaching or Psychometrics will be an added advantage.

Experience:

- 2–8 years of experience in corporate training, leadership development, learning & development or executive coaching.
- Candidates with consulting experience will be given preference.
