- Make outbound and handle inbound calls to customers
- Explain insurance products and benefits clearly
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable plans
- Achieve sales targets and close deals
- Follow up with leads and interested customers
- Maintain call records and update CRM
- Provide good customer service and resolve queries
Preferred candidate profile
- Good communication (Kanada+Tamil, Telugu+Tamil, Hindi+Tamil, Malayalam+Tamil preferred)
- Sales/telecalling experience is a added advantage
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills
