We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Program & Community Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute community programs while building strong relationships with NGOs, volunteers, educational institutions, CSR partners, and local communities.

The ideal candidate should be passionate about social work, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to contribute to impactful initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute community development programs and social initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, educational institutions, corporates, and community partners.
- Recruit, engage, and coordinate volunteers.
- Organize awareness campaigns, workshops, outreach activities, and events.
- Coordinate with beneficiaries and stakeholders to ensure successful program delivery.
- Monitor project progress and prepare activity reports.
- Collect community feedback and measure program impact.
- Maintain documentation, attendance records, and program reports.
- Support fundraising, CSR,



and partnership initiatives wherever required.

Qualification
